Baseboards

Got the baseboards installed today after taking some time off this weekend to hang out with my mom. We are almost done...i can hardly wait!

Flooring is in

One week and counting til kayleen moves in. The room is almost done! Flooring was completed this week and we should be done in the next couple of days with all the misc things.

Textured and primed

The room is ready for paint!  Can believe how much we have done in this room. Next pictures will be of a color painted room with window molding and doors...so exciting!! We should be getting started on flooring by the end of this week :)

Taping

The drywall process had to be subbed out. Brock and i hung all the drywall but neither of us can tape or texture...so along came our contractor Larry!

Birthday girl

Brady turned 5 this morning at 7:07. We had smiley face pancakes for breakfast and are now getting ready to go out to lunch...just us girls :)

So happy to share this moment with Grammy!

Brady's Cheer Christmas Show

After a long time away...

Figured I should start this blogging business again.

The Day family has been up to their old tricks...kids growning up and parents staying busier than ever!

Landon turned 7 in January, Brady turns 5 on Wednesday and Kylee acts older than them both...at least that what she thinks.

Landon started playing the piano and just got signed up for Spring baseball.

Brady is on a cheer comp team who has their second comp in March.

And then Ky, well she helps me run everyone everywhere...she's my "little buddy" and we plan to get to put her in a gymnastics class come April.

As for Brock and I, we are keeping busy by finishing a bedroom in our basement for Brock's mom to live in until the summer. It will then become Ky's room. We are in the drywall stage and halfway done. I will post some pics of our progress soon.
